KALE
-
This is for the delicious Zuppa Toscana, similar to the Olive Garden’s rendition. I could eat it all day! Have some bread sticks available.
-
Hard to find anything simpler than kale chips! Addictive, too!
Snow Peas
1. Heat small skillet.
2. Add a TBLS of peanut oil
3. Immediately add peas, keeping them in motion until they are bright green, with a little bit of browning.
4. Add two cloves of chopped garlic, keeping it all in motion.
5. Add a splash of sesame oil and/or rice wine vinegar.
6. Add a TBLS of oyster flavored sauce. Make sure the peas are evenly coated. Keep the veggies in motion the whole time. Don't overcook the peas.
7. Once coated, serve immediately.
