The Only Constant Is Change

For now, we are going to have to try another ordering method for the foreseeable future. FreshConn is in the process of rebranding and totally revamping their platform. They were hopeful that the bugs from last year would work themselves out and that we could still use the platform for ordering this year.

Sadly, this is not the case and we are going to work the orders a different way.

For the time being, my Sunday newsletter will list the items available and the price. You reply back to the newsletter with your order (type and quantity). I will then reply back to you with an invoice and you can pay once you receive your order to satisfaction.

The only problem (besides giving me more work to do) is that I won’t be able to eliminate an item once I’m sold out. Therefore, I will have to process your emails in the order I receive them. If you reply back at a time when I ran out of a particular vegetable, your invoice won’t include that item.

The payment method will also change since we are not using FreshConn for their services.

So payment can be via; cash, check, crypto, Paypal or Venmo upon receiving your order. Please do not pay ahead of time, just in case I can’t fulfill your entire order.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but their current system is a mess and I’m losing unnecessary time and energy. I am hopeful this methodology will be a good band-aid in the meantime.

And PLEASE, place your order by Tuesday morning. It takes time to harvest, wash and prepare the orders, and I need enough time to make sure every order is complete, and to your and my satisfaction.
