The End Is Near

With two more weeks of the CSA remaining, we will be bringing out the winter squash. This week you'll be receiving acorn squash with your share. It cooks like most winter squash, but if you would like any details, talk to me tomorrow. Other than that, your share will include tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, spaghetti squash, Swiss chard, kale, leaf lettuce, arugula, radishes, string beans, zucchini, yellow squash, cucumbers, basil and onions. I'll be available to distribute shares from 3:30 to 6:30 tomorrow. Stay dry, Mark

So in other words, you'll be getting a ton of variety in your share tomorrow. We'll be

You'll be getting more basil this week if you haven't had the chance to make any pesto yet. We will also go back to be giving you arugula and radishes. It's been awhile since harvesting these for you, so I hope you find this to be a nice addition to complement some of your summer c
